Meet Rebecca Radcliffe

(She/Her)

A smiling woman wearing a green ribbed turtleneck sweater and a tan wide-brim hat outdoors with greenery in the background.

Rebecca specializes in trauma informed care around issues of infertility, perinatal and postnatal trauma, miscarriage and infant loss, pregnancy related anxiety and mood disorders, post-partum mood disorders, depression, and relationship issues facing couples during the journey to parenthood. Rebecca approaches therapy from a compassionate lens, drawing on both personal experience and professional trainings to helps clients navigate these challenges and learn how to advocate for themselves in the healthcare system. Rebecca’s passion for perinatal mental health was born out of her own experience with infertility and loss. Prior to working with the perinatal population, Rebecca has 14 years of experience working with adults with anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma, relationship issues and substance abuse disorders.

Rebecca allows you to come to session with what is imminently important to you at that moment, placing an emphasis on present problem solving and coping skills, while also leaving room to explore past traumas and attachment issues that impact current ability to function. Rebecca encourages frequent check ins to see how the therapy process is going for you, and will collaborate with you to refine personal goals and techniques as needed. Rebecca will weave in mindfulness strategies and somatic based exercises in adjunct to talk therapy to help with nervous system regulation and grounding.

Rebecca is aware that there is not a ‘one size fits all approach’ to therapy and will tailor her style and interventions to meet your specific needs, comfort levels and spiritual preference. Rebecca utilizes an eclectic approach and offers mindfulness meditations, Trauma informed yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, Brainspotting, Reiki and the incorporation of crystals and essential oils in conjunction with traditional CBT/DBT talk therapy.

She moved to Baltimore for college at Towson University in 2004 for her Bachelors in Psychology and then attended The George Washington University for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2011. Upon completion of her Masters Degree, Rebecca pursued Post Graduate work at INOVA Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Services in Fairfax, Virginia working with outpatient adults with substance abuse. Upon receiving her License in the state of Virginia, Rebecca moved back up to Baltimore with her future husband to start her private practice journey. From 2014 through 2019 she worked simultaneously at two different group private practices before branching out on her own in 2019 to open her own practice. Currently, she owns her own private practice and also works part time as a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and Yoga Teacher at The Womb Room in Baltimore.

Rebecca is a Philadelphia native and diehard Eagles fan. In her free time, she is passionate about working out, Orange Theory fitness and practicing Yoga. I’m Brooke, a Masters-level clinician dedicated to offering you unwavering support and compassionate, yet proactive encouragement for your well-being and personal growth. My approach focuses on understanding your lived experiences, from childhood to the present, to connect past events with current struggles and facilitate healing. I integrate IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work with somatic exercises to support deeper connection and communication between different inner parts. This approach helps clients build greater self-awareness, compassion, and harmony within themselves. I provide individual and couples therapy to adults and teens both in-person and virtually. I work with individuals navigating life transitions and past traumatic events as well as those dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, body image and eating concerns, relationship issues, substance use, and more.

To tailor my approach to your unique needs, I integrate a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy. Meet Jourdan Grills

(She/Her)

I’m Jourdan, if you’re tired of just surviving and ready to start living, step into my virtual office. Therapy with me is authentic, challenging, and deeply validating. I specialize in working with adults navigating grief, trauma, and the weight of cultural identity—helping you make sense of your lived experiences while finding your footing in a complex world. With an additional passion for working with the perinatal population, I am particularly drawn to exploring the intersection of cultural and racial issues that impact perinatal mental health.

During therapy, I act as a mirror—helping you see what’s hidden, confront the raw and unfiltered parts of yourself, break free from patterns that no longer serve you, and bridge the gap between who you are and who you want to be. Clinically, my work is grounded in person-centered and cognitive-behavioral principles, through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. Beyond theory, I aim to make therapy a real, relatable, experience tailored to your unique needs.

I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland, supervised by Rebecca Radcliffe, LCPC, PMH-C. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Outside of therapy, I run a small hair care business creating natural products, fueled by my passion for holistic wellness, herbalism, and self-care. I love traveling and gaining new experiences, and I’m an avid sports fan—especially basketball. Fun fact: I enjoy experimenting with natural remedies and creating my own herbal blends.

Meet Stacia J. Turner

(They/Them)

A person with curly blonde hair, glasses, and a blue polka dot blazer smiling outdoors in a green forest.

I’m Stacia, I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s complex patterns and transitions, particularly those surrounding pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience. I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, embodying a deep understanding of the cultural, gendered, relational, and socioeconomic factors that shape their experiences. I take an active role in the therapy process, working collaboratively with you to set meaningful goals. Together, we’ll do regular check-ins to ensure therapy is meeting your needs and that you're feeling movement through areas of stuckness.

As a therapist specializing in neurodivergence, LGBTQIA + and perinatal mental health, I support individuals navigating the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with mind-body practices, including nature-informed mindfulness, walk-and-talk therapy, and bilateral stimulation techniques to promote emotional regulation and an active lifestyle. I offer a neuro-affirming and gender-affirming space where clients can explore their experiences with compassion and curiosity, while building practical tools for everyday resilience.

My approach to therapy is rooted in trauma-informed care, Feminist Therapy, and the principles of Liberation Psychology- centered on creating healing spaces that honor the full humanity of each person, body, and family system. My work is grounded in years of experience addressing complex trauma and domestic violence from my work in impoverished urban areas in Washington DC, always honoring the resilience and stories of those I serve.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in environmental justice, community organizing, and community-based health, which deeply shaped my understanding of healing as both an individual and collective process. I’m also trained as a birth doula and have had the honor of attending nearly thirty births. This work continues to inform my passion for perinatal mental health and my dedication to inclusive care across all gender identities, family structures, and lived experiences. Through my lens as a therapist, I often encourage clients to explore and unpack the relationship between their challenges and the systems that we live within and among. I am eager to explore cultural, gender, sexual, and neurodivergent aspects of identity with clients who are curious about exploring those layered elements of themselves. As an African American, Trans-masc non-binary Therapist with Albinism, I strive towards providing a high standard of cultural competency to each client, which includes learning, researching, and getting clinical support on areas that I am culturally uninformed.

I have completed trainings in Mental Health First Aid, Lighthouse Project Suicide Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sensorimotor-based Trauma Treatment, Supporting Clients Through Loss, and Racial Justice Facilitation.

In my clinical practice, I see each client as a unique story and a dynamic puzzle. I tailor our work together using a range of modalities—including Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory—always grounded in what resonates most with your lived experience, cultural context, and personal goals.

Originally from Southern Arizona, I’ve made my home in the DMV area for the past ten years. I bring a spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and creativity to every therapeutic relationship, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys toward healing and growth.

Meet Michael Radcliffe

(He/Him)

I’m Mike, a Masters Level Clinician specializing in working with young adults and men experiencing real life issues, relationship Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or clinical - it can be a grounded, real conversation with someone who gets what you're going through. With a professional background in school counseling and teaching, I bring a direct relational approach where you can be yourself, feel challenged in a good way, and work through what's holding you back without judgment or stigma. I have a special interest in supporting men through major life transitions, particularly the shift into parenthood. This stage of life often brings unexpected challenges — identity shifts, changes in self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and a sense of lost freedom.

I enjoy working with males experiencing parenting struggles, stress, anxiety, OCD, substance use and challenges related to self-identity and masculinity. I provide a safe, stigma-free space where men can openly explore the challenges they face and redefine what it means to be emotionally healthy in an isolationist, corporate driven society.

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach while also incorporating mindfulness-based strategies to help clients develop greater awareness and balance in their lives. I believe that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and I approach therapy from a down to earth, holistic perspective.
